At Wavytalk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hair styling experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the styling tool in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included to maintain eligibility for a refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
